Add-On Releases - Ibproarcade new thread on highscore

This should work with any version of ibproarcade..

This will make a new thread only when a member bets anther members score...

Step #1
Upload the lang_Arcade_en.php:
arcade/lang/lang_Arcade_en.php and over write the old file..

or you can just add this to your lang file...

Step #2
Import the product-newhighscorethread.xml file..


Step #3
Go into your admincp >> vBulletin Options: IBPro Arcade Thread on New Highscore

Add: Under which exisiting Username will post the New Thread.

Add: The User ID who makes the Highscore Thread

Add: In which Forum will create a new Thread.

Reply Allowed ? (open/close Thread) Yes or No..

Click (Save)..

Step #4
Now go bet someone elses score to see the Thread..

Can you get it so, it published the highscores into its own forum thread?

Yeah I like to have it as a reply in a thread then a new thread all the time. Having a bunch of junky threads seems like so much of a waste.

Exactly.

So in essence, set a new forum up, called forum high scores ( for example )

Then as a new high score is achieved, it writes the result into that forum. As a thread reply, rather than new topic.
This I would think would be more attractive ( especially on non-arcade only sites )

Any help, greatly appreciated, installed all your other gear so, know you can do it lol
