Restarting MYSQL and Apache
Is it recommended to restart MYSQL and Apache after a certain number of days, even if they are running properly or for that matter rebooting the VPS after few days?

I see no reason to restart mysql, we leave ours running for months at a time. I've heard that apache likes to be restarted now and then, we use plesk which seems to restart it once a week.

Thanks Paul, I haven't restarted Apache or MYSQL for over couple of weeks (last time I did some tweaking) and according to logs Cpanel hasn't restarted them either.

The last time apache was restarted for me is when I added some sites via cPanel, other then that, i just let everything run until it either crashes and i'm not around to catch it, or its about to crash and i can restart it first
