3.7 Problem. Blank page for usercp.php and private.php

I have problem.
I have forum: 3.7 Gold
my account: Sample1
I'm log in to my account and all pages OK with two exeption:
usercp.php and private.php show blank page.

This problem for only account: "Sample1". This account haves additional Administration group.

But another accounts (ANY) don't have problems.

What is this? Please, help.

Error code:

I would say that most users I have seen have this problem resolve it by reuploading the pages.

I'm reuploading all pages, off gzip, off all hacks and problem not solved.
This problem only for 1 account. Other accounts don't have this problems.

May be i'm must rewrite this account in mysql? May be account is broken?

Try editing the account in the AdminCP. Check the PM count.

I'm trying edit account, but don't work.
I must looking "PM count" in the Admin mode or User Mode? I'm checking in the UserMode and count working, but private.php not working. And i checking in Admin Mode, private message count is ok.

I would suggest that you check the pm count for this member using phpMyAdmin (or just a manual query).
