vb.org is heavily modded. I'm sure they have a test site in development where they are trying out 3.7 and remodding their mods to work. They'll put it up here when they are ready.

vBulletin.org will upgrade once it is ready. This may be as long as necessary as those recoding the modifications aren't paid to do this job and have real life commitments to attend to.
