How can I set up a username specifically for Feed Posting? As it says I can..

Just register a new user and use that one. The user must have permission to post in the forum you will be posting the feed in.

Oh, is that? Because it says one can be specifically made for Feed Posting :S Misleading if this is the case

It can be specifically made for feed posting. Just create a new user and use it only for posting the feed. Never log into it.
