How can I make my forum manager have a red name but still have admin powers?

E.g.

Admin group has green name only...

How can I make it so that my forum manager has an RED NAME but in an green name group *admin group* so it still has the powers?

The only way I can think of right now is to create another usergroup and set this as his secondary and display usergroup.
