Default Can We Use Premodded Boards?
I have found a download for a premodded board.

Is it ok for me to use this as long as I have a license pointing towards it?

i dont see a problem as long as you have a licence for the said domain?.. i could be wrong though so don't take my word for it..

No this is per definiton illegal.

The License Agreement forbids distribution of the vBulletin files.
