Mod to disallow keywords...

I'm curious if it's possible to disallow keywords..

Example: I don't my users to be able to say yaggers, or any variant of it. If a users tries to post something of the sorts, is it possible for the system to send an email?

I know there is the option in the VB Options Menu but I was looking for something a little more robust.
