Redirect for Hook (register_addmember_complete)

i currently run 3.7.0 gold

i used to use pay_to_register mod
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=120194

it does not work with this current version and would some to either assist me in creating the redirect for this or another solution
