age demographics based on brithdate?

I'm wondering if such a mod exists.

I have an age demographics poll.
Now that it is two years old, it is no longer very accurate.

I'd like a mod which uses the birthdate year to make a page showing which members are in various age groups. Those who have their birth year hidden can just show up as hidden on the chart.
