I've searched for this and came up with nothing that worked. I need a mod that restricts users from posting hyperlinks in threads until they've reached a certain post count.

I'm running 3.6.10 and that mod doesn't work for my version. I'm looking at his updated version for 3.7 and doesn't know if it works on 3.6.10, so we'll see. Wanted to see if there were others, thanks.
