I uninstalled a mod but then the menu it still in the admincp, but i don't know how to remove it. Can anyone tell me how? Do I need to go to phpmyadmin to do it?

is the mod had a xml file where uploaded into forum/includes/xml folder
if so then you have to remove it from there
