revert your template and re-edit it.. there is always the default template available.

Go to control panel ---> styles and templates ---> forumhome templates ---> forumhome_forumbit_level1_post and then
search for this: Quote:
And edit <td class="alt1" width="insert your sizes"> |

If there is anything that will want to push those columns out, then you won't get the columns to all be the same width since they are not in the same table.
