Problems since upgrading to 3.7.0
I'll try to keep this as brief as possible. Did the upgrade on all four forums two days back (all on the same server). Two have skins from extremepixels, two are unskinned, and two have no hacks at all.
Since the upgrade, none of them allow a user to double-click the 'new posts' icon to the left of a forum title to mark the contents read. Forum tools inside a forum don't work for that as well. Mods cannot see the contents of soft-deleted posts (unless they use 'manage'). This is on both skinned and non-skinned boards. I've tried re-uploading the basic and skin templates to no avail. Someone elsewhere suggested reverting templates, but I don't see that as possible as the basic skin (the one that comes with VB) have the same problem. The basic skin is not showing any template changes on the template side of things. Any suggestions? Rapscallion (http://www.customerssuck.com/board for anyone wishing to see this in action). |

You should post at vbulletin.com for basic support.

Seems to be working for me, even on your custom skin.

I did post there in the troubleshooting section, but I was hoping someone here would have run into something similar.
It's working for you? Odd, it isn't for me. I tried a brand new account since reading your post, but it didn't allow me to mark separate forums as read. The mark all as read link works fine. *ponder* Rapscallion |
