I've been using Photopost's classifieds. www.photopost.com
It intergrates nicely with vB.

There is one I installed (Photopost Classifieds). It is a pay script that can be purchased at photopost.com. I believe they sell it for $99.00. IMO the best on the market for vbulletin.
