need to slow down email into chunks

Hi there,

when using the email to all users function I realise you can set the amount to send at one time, but is it possible to set it to AUTOMATICALLY send say 150 then wait for 1 hour before sending another 150?

the reason I ask is my new host has limited the SMTP relays to 200 per hour and my last few mailshots have all bounced back after message 201...
