[REQ] Threads on nonVB page

Good Afternoon GAGs (Guys and Girls) and first of all let me say thank you for reading my post.

I am after a little modification to be made - simply I just want to get the most recent 5 posts from my forum onto my non-VB Page.

I have looked on all this website, going through pages and pages of comments, different people claiming they have the best one however none of them fit what I need.

I would like this modification to be easily customised, eg: Colors,
I would also like for it to be automatically updating - so if someone is on my WEBSITE main page where this will be included and someone replies to a message on the forums I would like it to update instantly (or as closs to instantly as you can)

The only previous modification that came close to this has since been archived, however alot of others do not update automatically, or they get you to put a page reload code in which doesnt just reload the included page it actually reloads everything.

Please if anyone is able to make this for me it would be greatfully appreciated.
