Gone a bit brain dead on this one but could anyone tell me where there setting is so I don't recieve emails everytime someone post something on my site thanks, there is no email addresses in the forum setup

Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Post (Separate each address with a SPACE)

Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Thread (Separate each address with a SPACE)
both blank

Go to Forums & Moderators > Show All Moderators > select yourself on the list of Mods > Email Preferences > set both to NO
