I HAVE NO IDEA OF NAME BUT THE AUTOMATIC BUTTON SO I DON'T HAVE TO ALWAYS ADD MY FONT COLOR FOR EVERY TIME A Member wants to post?

I'm not sure there is a setting but you could edit the postbit(_legacy) template and add a [mincode]<span style="color: #XXXXXX">[/minicode] and [minicode]</span>[/minicode] around [minicode]$post[message][/minicode].
