Removing $pagenav space beetwenn numbers

hi!

I want to remove the space between numbers that are shown on threadbit in pagination.
For ex:

(split) IPB pro arcade development ( 1 2 3 4 5 ... Last Page)

There it's a space between 1 and 2, 2 and 3, and so on.
I want only to add a comma there.

inside threadbit_pagelink i can add the comma at the end of that template, but i can't remove the space there.

any ideas?
