Anybody knows its name (or is it "personal")?

I was showing it's a Jelsoft's Forum, it seems like an owned license, and the PHP's Mod look as customized... but nice!

Their site seems heavily modified so I suspect it was probably a custom script based on maybe other scripts out on the web.

Or it was maybe some CSS. I'll go have a look see if I can find something maybe.

Edit: Hmm yeah its a little complex by looking at their source code, not sure exactly how they have modified vBulletin to do it.
