Show Reputation Number?

Okay, so you know if you roll your cursor over someone's reputation bar it will say: '____ is a jewel in the rough' or whatever. How would I be able to add the number in that same rollover box. So it would say: 'Reputation: 500. ____ is a jewel in the rough'
