Thread tools, search thread, rate thread, display modes buttons not working

Hi vb.org, well, this is my 1st post, but i am having a problem with my vb, on my vb, when i open a thread im unable to open the drop down menus on the top of the thread like the ones i typed on the heading, many people are having problems with this, I think its because whenever i upload files from, cute ftp to my server, some files get me an error saying that the child transfer is failed, if this a server problem with the files, please tell me which files to upload back to the server and ill add the files back to the server by any other client.
