Did you already look at Admin CP > Languages & Phrases > Language Manager > select your Language to Edit and look at the Date / Time Formatting options?

Ok, I see it... But when I enter 'deu' I see error:

The locale 'deu' could not be located on this server.

And similarly with ever other language.
