i need help i got my navbar codes but i want ot put them on a non vb page like html i attach the code if someone can help me on this case please !

Have you read this article: How to create your own vBulletin-powered page! (uses vB templates)

It gives a template for your page that will spit out a page that looks like any other vb page on your site.
