Im having a huge problem with my forums that has never happened before. Bots are posting spam all over the place even though i have every single preventive measure turned on: Captcha, Email verification, Guest cant post etc. However, these bots still manage to post with usernames! When i go to my registered users area they arent even listed. How are they able to do this? I cant figure it out.

Check your permissions for Unregistered Users and Users Awaiting Confirmation and make sure they don't have permission to post.
