Is there a mod or quick way to hide new threads in certain forums for 24 hours for certain user groups. What I want to achieve is that if a new thread in a forum is created, it can only be seen by VIP usergroup and higher (mod, super-mod, admin, etc) for the first 24 hours and after that it will become visible to everyone.

I do not know of such a modification that does this.
