Right, i have a tutorials forum on my website under...

Now i have made a custom rss feed (php rss feed), that basically connects to the threads table, and displays all the latest threads in the tutorial section, but it comes out in a load of gobbldygoop with bb code in. See for yourself...

It comes out with all bbcode in. How can i get it to transcribe it back into normal text like it is displayed in the showthread.php file?

Have you taken a look at vbulletin's own page that spits out the rss for the threads and seen what they do? Check out the coding in the external.php page.

Ok, ive looked into that, and ive switched it on in my vbulletin settings.

But it doesnt display the whole thread, only like the first 100 letters? How can i get it to display the whole thread?

Plus when i add forumids=59 it is still showing the threads from all categories and not just 59.

Is forum 59 viewable to the public - to guests? I tried other forum ids and they work - like http://www.kedoa.com/forum/external....S2&forumids=11

Ok that works. My mistake.

But forum id 11 (resources) is under the main category Design which is forum id 6.

Is there any way to put something at the end of external.php to make it display all the recent threads in all the categories under the design Category?

I looked through the manual and couldn't find a way to have the child forums also. I think you need to explicitly list them like:
http://www.kedoa.com/forum/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=6,7,8,9,10,11
