Kicking banned member off the forum?

I searched for this and I'm fairly sure it exists but I can't find it.

I've banned someone but they are still logged into the forum. How do I log them off so they aren't logged in anymore? thanks!

Why do you want to log them off? Logging them off would allow them to create a new account... By the way, this is with cookies controlled on the clientside, so you can't really do much.

I simply would like to and I'm fairly sure I saw this mod somewhere. I have mods to prevent duplicate accounts already. Thanks

Many ISPs allow you with the touch of a button to get a new IP. That mod you have would not prevent me from signing up again since all I'd do is get a new IP or use a proxy. Never under estimate your users, especially a banned one who just wants to f*ck with you.
