hello I was just searching around the net and found an illegal vbulletin so I just thought I would report it here. And I talked to the owner and im 100% sure that he never paid for it.

how do you know if a site is ripped ? or stolen ?

There is no easy way to tell. It is all on suspicion. Only vB.com staff can verify.

weird how his 1st post is to report a site - maybe he was a member and left for some reason and is trying to stir things up.

The correct method to report suspected sites is in post two. Nothing more needs adding to this.
