Hi
I have decided it was time for me to update my forum because I'm still using version 3.6.2.. I was then asked for my customer number when trying to get into the members area. I clicked forgot customer number and it asked for the email address I used for it. I tried all the emails I could think of and it sent the customer number to one of my emails. But this email account that the customer number was sent to has not been in use for so long and now it has been removed. Is there any way I can retrieve my customer number now? Thanks Matt |

http://www.vbulletin.com/contact.php Do you have an account on the vbulletin.com forum? You could tell them about it. Check your payment record's incase they ask for proof of payment. I'm sure you'll get the number just have to work it out with vbulletin and see what you need to get. |

You must ask at vBulletin.com as no member of vBulletin.org staff can access this information. And the e-mail on your license would be the one you have on your account here.
