How can i change the template for the thread subscribion email sent to the members?

I want to remove the thread content from the subscribtion mail so that i force the user to visit the forum.
I will only need to show him the name of the member who posted and the time....
may be if any one have a better idea.

I think that the phrases that you want to edit are "digestthread" and "digestthreadbit"
