My last and final project www.3xguilds.com a free guild hosting website project I am trying out I am using Panks IPhorum skin with a few changes I am still working on some stuff I want to change the IPhorum on the top but I am not good at cutting out images yet either that or design a banner to put in it's place I tried to find some icons that would match the forums in someway. Keeping it kind of simple one of the things I like about IPhorum is that the skins looks like it has a lot of room and it loads extremely fast. But I would like to get some suggestions on the site maybe some things I could add or get rid of.

I like your navigation buttons there. Cool and different.

The rest of the graphics are nice as well....did they come with the theme?

Button Navigation up top looks lood, I'd add a text version as well some place though too.

Move the TopX stats to below the forums, thats huge and is taking up a ton of space,

Make your welcome header a spiffy image, you'll get better conversions

Need some sort of header graphic, but you already know that

synisterk - yes the button nav at top is something Pank put into the IPhorum skin it's on VB.org just type IPhorum in search. I added the graphics for the Forum icons I found some nice ones at pixel2life and another site iconarchive

FRDS - Thanks top stats moved below forums. As of yet I don't have a idea for a image in my welcome header other then maybe a C4D or something. I will look into putting links into the navbar as well.
