Insert Hyperlink issue

I having a small problem now. My insert link option does not include the codes.
so when i insert a link will simply show the link and there's no way to add a description to the link

e.g. www.download.com ----> my board allows only this
download

Disable any additonal plugins and modifications via the config.php file edit and test this on the vBulletin default theme to see if you can replicate the problem

i enabled standard controls and also the WYSISYG
reverting back to the standard does the job

To name a link, just select it and type the text you want to show (or the opposite: write text, select it and click on the link icon):
