I am in live chat with them and they told me

Thats how many queries can be called in mysql per hour, if your forum home page has 11 queries, forumdisplay has 13 queries, showthread has 13 queries and you have 200 users online, that limit might not take long to reach.

If you have stats tracking like awstats or something, you can get your page views number for the busiest hour and count up what your using per hr on a rough guess.

Thanks very much snakes, that helps a lot, as my forum grows I will grow my hosting with it but that should be quite enough for now...

Your welcome, those stats come in handy for somethings on occasion...

That can give you a rough estimate though, awstats also lists the actual page/file that was called as well, so you can look and see what files are being hit/used the most.

Let's assume a low number of queries of 10 per page (reallity will be higher!!). 7.204 * 10 = 72.040

This is already much higher then the 45.000 limit.

PS Members/Guests/Bots makes no difference they all load pages and execute queries.

I still dont think vbulletin recommends any one hosting company, its all word of mouth by members and everyone has their opinion of who they host with and their own experiences with those hosts, you could ask 10 ppl that host with hostgator, half of them might say they sook, the other half would disagree as to why and say they nvr had that issue.
