Hi, I am new here.
I had joined a site with SMF (simple machines forum) back in october. I am a mini-mod there... We have had a HUGE problem, we had just recently downloaded vbulletin on it. We downloaded vbulleton onto the forum in the begining of march. We have HUGE problem now. We cannot ban IP address. We can only ban account now. I figured since I am a mini-mod on there, I should help it out by asking how to fix this problem. We have over 3000 members, several members are quiting because we cannot ban ip, and there is a member who keeps coming back to cause trouble, they keep signing up, because we cannot ban ip. This has been a HUGE problem. We need help fast. Is there ANYTHING we can do to ban IP again. We really need this help.
I think I posted this into the wrong catagory, I am sorry, but it would not allow me to post in the others because I am not an admin on a site... I am helping an admin out though. I am trying to help fix this before everybody quits or something worse.

The reason we switched to vbulletin was so we could make a new layout. the layout used to be orange.
