Where would I find this?

I am working on installing the "Gender in Postbit" code and I have no idea where I would find this part

POSTBIT TEMPLATE EDIT

-----------

POSTBIT OR POSTBIT_LEGACY

I searched up and down FTP and in ACP.

It would be under the style manager. Find the postbit category, double click it, then you will see postbit and postbit_legacy.
