New Post or Todays Post to exceed 24 hours

I have searched my site, vb.org. I cant seem to find how to change Todays post or New post to exceed 24 like here on vb.org.
I did edit my new post to read todays post, but, I want it to go back a few days or more. Will someone point me in the right direction to make this happen? , Thanks, Tim.
