Adding a "link" item to a forum list
Hi guys.
I've read through the docs at http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/, but items relevant to plugin development are a bit sparse. I'm looking to do something very simple, which is create a plug-in that accepts a few parameters that queries a URL via PHP. Which plugin hook would I extend to add to this board (as example) a link to google at the end of the listing for "News And Announcements"? +News And Announcements -- News and Announcements -- VBulletin Presales Questions -- Visit Google! Hope this makes sense! Appreciate the direction. |

Have you tried entering it into the Forum Link part of the forum manager? That might work for you.

The idea is that these will be generated programmatically. Just hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I haven't been able to find a list somewhere, of which hooks connect where, and which variables are available to which hooks at the individual locations. Are we expected to just read the source, or are there resources available to these ends? Thanks! |

Hmmm, I think to find which hooks you have available, the best thing to do is open the page your want to use (forumdisplay.php for instance) and see which hooks are in the page.
You may want to look through the vBulletin Articles forum. There are a ton of great helpful articles in there. |
