More then likely a hosting problem.

Are you on your own server or on a shared server? If it's shared, you should mention this to your host. They could have too many sites on one server. (I clicked on your link prior to starting this reply, so it's been several seconds now and your page has still not opened.)

What is your load averages showing in your ACP main screen?

That only reads properly for a Dedicated server. If on a shared hosting account, it reads for the whole server, and cannot really read the server load averages.

Actually, it reads properly for the server, it just doesn't tell you what your portion of the load is for your site.

Exactly! But, I don't rely on it.

wow I just checked out your site and man its slow loading even once loaded moving around is slow. I have been fighting simular issues with my hosting provider as im on a shared server but they claim that my site is one of the largest and sites on a server that only had a few smaller sites on it and all server stats say the load.cpu & memory is good but yet I get CGI errors and slow performance. Just this week they have spent lots of time trying to resolve these issues and one thing they changed was enabling hyper-threading but this is on a Windows Server and the site is very fast now but still getting CGI errors. If you are on a Windows server you can ask to have hyper-threading enabled if not already turned on.
