Synchronise Database Urgent Help Needed

Hi there,
i own one music portal designed in php. I'm using vbulletin for it.
As a part of entire site i've also installed Dolphin's social networking script.

Now, there is 1 login & sign up thing for this script. So i want to combine these 2 things with vbulletin login and sign up.
that means when user sign up in my VB forum, his account will get created in that social networking site database too (user can fill rest of the extra things asked in social networking site later on). Also when user logs in to vb forum, & when he comes to social networking page, he should stay logged in with that username & password!

all and all i'm able to find out is that, somebody told me that i have to use few sql inject queries at vb forum sign up page. also there is 1 more answer i came across is making username foreign key or something like that.
i'm not a pro webdesigner. so i badly need help urgent.

also please dont suggest me social networking mod available at vbulletin.org because my company want to use that dolphin script only!
