Actually that is vblogetin and currently the vblogetin site is down as they sold the company, should be back open at a later date, but there is a addon for vblogetin to use it as your home page. www.vblogetin.com

I have this but i want a blog for a main page. I want to have one blog that all of the staff can make posts on.
