I want purchase vBulletin But I have some Questions

1.the purchase made by credit card Or Paypal ?
How much tax i will have to pay If i will buy the unlimited Version(fo all life). ?

2.The all panel will be in heb(since i am fromisrael and my english is poor)
I mean this:

And if yes, when i will have to change the panel to hebrew?(during the install ?)

3.If it will be in hebrew, It will be hard to change the mods to hebreew too ?

4.There is a guide how to install vBulletin ?

5.if i will have a problems with the vBulletin installing and\or the mods, will you help me in the forum to solve the forum? or i have to pay extra money ?

vBulletin comes standard in the English language. After installation you can install additional language packs. We do not provide official language packs for different languages, but there are many customer submitted packs available at vBulletin 3 Language Packs. You can also provide translations yourself.

Most modifications will use the Phrase system, which can be easily translated into different languages.

Any vBulletin license will give you access to our free support by our Ticket System (email based) thru which we provide support 24/7 free of extra charge. You will also have access to our support forums at vbulletin.com where support is given both by our Suppoert staff and other members.

There is no official support for modifications, but many modification authors do try to help as much as possible if needed. Also many member to member support is given on this site.
