You have a LOT of stuff above your actual relevant content man. I'd put the WGO box back down at the bottom.

I think you should move the site statistics to the bottom of the page, because users see too much before getting to the meat of your forum other than that though it's pretty good!

have to agree your main page is well full - loads of stuff at top and u have to scroll to see the forums - swap it around so people dont have to keep scrolling all way down.
