Post Count Based on Past X Days

Hi All

Is it possible in settings or a mod/plugin to have the post count based on the past X days? In other words, posts from X days ago don't count towards their post count?

I tried searching and what not, but it's coming up with alot of mods based on post count, but I can't find anything that'd modify the post count.
