need help with finishing touches on forum

hi their. im looking for help with some things on my forum, and when their done my forum can be open. and im wantin g it open for 2moro night.

theirs one modd to be installed
and somethings to be checked and thats it.

this is unfortunatly a unpaid request because i only has money for the skin, hostin and vb liscene.
