This looks good but the expand and collapse images for it seem to have some edging to them. Almost like they need to have transparent backgrounds on the edges. Can it be fixed?

Easy. I cut them out and attached them.

Just a bug (look in attachement), in the CSS:

FIND:

.navtitle
{
    background: #5C7099 url("../../cpstyles/vBulletin_3_vBSilver/cp_colheader_bg.gif") repeat-x top left;

REPLACE BY:

.navtitle
{
    background: #E0E5E9 url("../../cpstyles/vBulletin_3_vBSilver/cp_colheader_bg.gif") repeat-x top left;
