Currently Active Users not showing up

My forum is not displaying Currently Active Users at the bottom even though I have it turned on in admin.

For the option that says "Display Logged in Users?" I have "Yes, alphabetical".

any ideas? thanks in advanced

Try viewing your forum from the default vBulletin style.

^^ yes, if it works with the default then theres something wrong with your skin
Some people do some edits changes in skins and dont know what theyve done but continue to go through it

See they could of deleted one little thing in the "Whats Going On Box" and boom, something major doesnt work

yea it works with the default skin. I didn't make the skin, any idea what code is missing and where I can add it back?

Compare the two templates, there should be something obviously missing.

The "forumhome" template, highlight it and then click the view default template, it will open in a new window, then edit the forumhome template itself and compare them.
