Faulty Styles/Templates after upgrade

hi guys, need your help in this. Recently perform an upgrade on my board from 3.5.4 to 3.6.4. There was no problems and i did a revert for the custom templates.

After which there seems to be a few problems with the custom templates/styles. The post container seems to have this right shift. I have been trying to look for the source of the problem and i can't solve this. Can anyone point me to the correct direction?
