Well I have a full site coded already HTML + CSS + Images but I was wondering, where can I find some guidance on making this vBulletin Theme.

I would first reccomend reading the vBulletin manual (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html) and reading up on the style related areas. Other than that check the articles forum here or ask questions when you get stuck.
